Solution: Turn on JavaScript
1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, point to Internet
Options. The Internet Options dialog box is displayed.
2. Select the Security tab.
3. Press Custom Level.... The Security Settings dialog box
is displayed.
4. Scroll down the list to the Scripting section Active
Scripting option (Internet
Explorer). Check Enable check box.
5. Press OK to close Security Settings dialog
box. A warning message "Are you sure you want to change the security settings
for this zone?"
6. Press Yes.
7. Press OK to close Internet Options dialog
box.
8. Press F5 to refresh page.
The screen should go to Patient Assessment System login page.

administrator
to fix the problem.
